Recipe for Qeema Sabzi Pao Bhaji
Ingredients
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Cauliflower 1
- Peas2 tbsp
- Pao bhaji Masala 1 ½ tbsp
- Grated carrot 2
- Tomatoes 1
- Whole red chilies 6
- Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion 3
- Saltto taste
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Lemons 2
- Oil ½ cup
Cooking Directions
Cut the cauliflower. Soak 6 dry red chilies. Together blend whole red chilies, 2 tbsp chopped garlic and 1 tbsp ginger in the blender.
Take ½ cup oil in the pan and sauté 3 chopped onion and fry it till golden brown.Add in chopped tomatoes.
Add in cauliflower and some salt and cook it. Add in 2 tbsp tomato puree and ½ kg chicken mince and add in water to dry.
Add in grinder masala and 1-1/2 tbsp Pao Bhaji Masala in it.
No take 2 grated carrots and ½ cup warm water and cook it. With the water dries add in 2 lemon juice and 1 bunch chopped green coriander and serve it hot.
