Recipe for Shish Kebabs
Ingredients
- Beef under cut cubes 1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic chopped 1 tsp
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Onion juice 1/2 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Cut under-cut meat into 1 inch cube pieces.
Put the meat in a bowl, along with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, white vinegar, onion juice and oil.
Mix ingredients properly, and marinate for 15 minutes.
Take wooden skewers and insert 5 pieces of beef in each skewer and brush with oil.
Either using a grill pan or charcoal grill, grill each shish kebab stick well till done on all sides.
Serve it with hot Kubz bread or Naan bread with green salad and chutney.
