Recipe for Peri Peri Rice
Ingredients
- Boiled rice 3 cups
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Peri peri sauce 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
- Onion chopped 2 tbsp
- Tomato chopped ½ in tiny cubes, seeds removed
- Oil ¼ cup
- Capsicum 1 chopped in tiny cubes
- Salt and white pepper ½ tsp each
Cooking Directions
Heat oil fry chopped onion for 2 minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste with boiled rice and all the seasoning lastly.
Add capsicum and tomatoes, mix well.
Cover and leave it on dum for 10 minutes.
