Recipe for Aloo Pulao Boti Masala Rice
Ingredients
- Boiled meat 1/2kg
- Rice 1/2kg
- Potatoes 1/2kg
- Onion 2
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Black peppercorn 1 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Black cardamom 4
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Crushed fennel seeds 1 tbsp
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Soak the rice for 2 hours
Heat oil in a wok and fry the chopped onions until brown in color.
Add 1/2 kg potatoes, 1 tsp black cumin, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 2 bay leaves,4 black cardamoms, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp crushed green chili paste.
Add ½ kg boiled meat and cook well. Now add 2 glasses of water and cook for 10 minutes
Add the soaked rice and cook until the rice is nearly done and the water is just about to dry.
Add 1 bunch of chopped mint leaves,1 tbsp crushed fennel seeds and 1 tbsp whole coriander.
Cover and reduce the flame to a simmer .
Cook for another 20 minutes.
