• Chopped chicken 2 cups
• Cheddar cheese 1 cup
• Mushroom slices 6 ounces
• Pepper ¼ tsp
• Cream 1 cup
• Lasagna 6
• Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Black Pepper 1 tsp
• Mustard paste 1 tsp
• Chopped blended and pureed spinach

Marinate chicken with 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper and 1/2 tsp of mustard paste.

Now cook 2 cups of chicken in 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of crushed garlic.

Stir chicken, chopped spinach, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, 6 ounces of mushroom slices, ½ tsp of black pepper and 1 cup of cream together.

Arrange 3 noodles in lightly greased baking dish and top with half of chicken mixture.

Repeat layers with remaining noodles and chicken mixture.

Now sprinkle Parmesan cheese over it.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 min.

Delicious chicken lasagna Florentine is ready to serve.
