Recipe for Tangy Chicken Bites

- Boneless chicken ½ kg cut into small cubes
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Water as required
Cooking Directions
Marinate chicken with Flour 3 tbsp, Corn flour 2 tbsp, Oil 1 tbsp, Vinegar 1 tbsp, Salt 1 tsp, Baking powder ½ tsp, Mustard paste 1 tsp, Black pepper 1 tsp, Sesame seeds 1 tbsp.
Water as required for 1 hour.
Deep fry till light golden.
Serve sprinkled with chat masala.
