Recipe for Moong Daal Wara
Ingredients
- Green gram 250 gm
- Onion 250 gm
- Green chilies 6
- Salt 6
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Coriander seeds 2 tsp
- Oil to fry
Cooking Directions
Soak 250 gm of green gram for 2 hours.
Then drain the water and blend the lentil with 1 cup water.
Add in 250 gm sliced onion.
Then add in 6 green chilies, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp crushed black pepper.
Mix everything together.
Heat some oil and put the batter with the help of hand in the pan.
Fry it and serve.
