Recipe for Potato Paneer Tots
Ingredients
- 5 medium russet potatoes
- 1 cup mashed paneer
- salt to taste
- 1 choppedgreen chilies
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- For batter:
- 4 tablespoon all purpose flour (maida, plain flour)
- 6tablespoons water
- Bread crumbs for frying
- Oil for frying.
Cooking Directions
Mix the flour with water and blend into a very smooth batter.
Boil the potatoes andmash well. cut the chillie finely. add grated paneer, salt, pepper and mix well .
Form any shapeand dip the the batter, coat with bread crumbsand deep fry until they turn golden brown.
Drain the Tots on kitchen paper and serve chutney.
