Recipe for Vegetable Karahi
Ingredients
- Potatoes 2
- Chopped Carrots 2
- Chopped Capsicum 2
- Lemons 4
- Tomatoes 4
- Green chilies 8
- Peas 8
- Oil 1 cup
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches
- Cauliflower 1
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Mustard powder 1 tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Take tomatoes in the wok and add in red chili powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and some salt. Cook it till the water dries.
Add some oil in the frying pan and add in 2 sliced potatoes.
Fry them. Then add in 1 small cauliflower, similarly add in 2 chopped capsicum and 2 chopped carrots.
When the water of the tomatoes dry, add in the fried vegetables, fenugreek leaves, crushed cumin, 1 tbsp coriander seeds.
