Recipe for Aloo Bukharay Koftay
Ingredients
- ½ kg minced meat
- 2 bread slices
- 2 tbsp roasted gram
- 1 tsp white cumin
- 1 tsp black cumin
- 4 small cardamoms
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 4 whole black peppers
- 2 cloves
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 packet plums
- 3 finely chopped onion
- Salt as required
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 bunch finely chopped mint leaves
- 1 bunch finely chopped coriander leaves
- 8 boiled almonds
- 6 green chilies
- 1 cup oil
Cooking Directions
Grind gram, poppy seeds, black cumin, white cumin, small cardamom, , black pepper and cloves.
Add minced meat and bread slices and chop them in chopper.
Add the ground masala in it, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies and salt and knead well.
Now make kababs and fry them.
In a pan add oil and golden brown the onion in it.
Blend the onions and yogurt together.
Fry the on.
