• 4 Bread slices
• 6 tbsp Blue Band Margarine
• 2 Carrots finely sliced
• 2 Cucumber finely chopped
• Salt as required
• 1 Full boiled eggs
• 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
• 1 tsp Black pepper
• 1 tsp Sugar
• Oil as required

In a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise,Blue Band Margarine, cucumber, carrots, sugar, salt, black pepper and mashed hard boiled eggs.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the bread slices.

Remove the bread allow to cool then use a star shaped cookie cutter to make star shapes.

Spread the prepared sandwich spread onto the star shaped bread slices, add a little tomato ketchup and serve.
