• Mayonnaise

Put oil in a frying pan, Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture to wet both sides and fry them in a hot pan.

When one side turns golden brown, then turn the sandwich. Wait till the other side turns golden brown.

Now pour cheese on top.. warm up in Microwave. (About 30 sec.)
