• 5 beef hot dogs
• 5 sandwich bread slice
• 1 egg beaten
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup water
• oil (for deep frying)

Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry hot dogs for about 5-7 mins. Beat eggs and salt in a bowl. Cut the edges of bread slice. Soak bread slice in water and press it between your hands so the remaining water will drop. Now place a hot dog in bread slice and roll it. Press the edges with your fingers to seal it completely. Dip it in beaten eggs. Roll it in bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown. Serve with any of your favorite sauce. Ketchup and mustard preferred.
