Recipe for Achari Pasanday Burger
Ingredients
- Pasanday ½ kg
- Bun 2-3
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black pepper(crushed)1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Nigella seeds ½ tsp
- Mustard seeds ½ tsp
- Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
- Tomatoes 2-3
- Cucumber 2-3
- Square cheese as required
- Salad leaves as required
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
- For sauce:
- Cream ½ cup
- Boiled garlic 8-10 cloves
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
To prepare sauce:
Boil 8-10 cloves of garlic. Take ½ cup cream, boiled garlic, salt, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, ½ cup yogurt in a jug and mix everything to make a thick paste.
To preapare achari pasanaday:
Crush 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, ½ nigella seeds, ½ tsp mustard seeds and ¼ tsp fenugreek seeds together.
Add these crushed spices, 1 tbsp garlic paste, salt together in pasanday and fry it. slice cucumbers and tomatoes.
To prepare Burgers:
Toast the burgers. Spread sauce on one side, put a slice of cheese, tomatoes and pasanaday on it.
Put a salad leave and cover it with second half.
Achari pasanday burgers are ready to serve.
