Recipe for Green Onion Rice
Ingredients

- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Spring onion 1/2 kg
- Eggs 2
- Butter 100 gm
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Heat 100 gm butter in pan, add 2 beaten eggs and fry.
Stirring continuously. Add 1/2 kg chopped spring onion, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp soya sauce and 1/2 kg boiled rice.
Mix well and serve.
