Recipe for Mirch Masala Kaleji
Ingredients
- ½ kg mutton liver
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 250 grams green chilies
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Lemon juice of a lemon
- ½ cup dry achaar masala
- 2 tbsp khatai powder
- 1 tbsp crushed red chili
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Salt as required
- ¼ cup oil
Cooking Directions
In a bowl mix together achaar masala, a little oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
Stuff the green chilies with prepared masala.
Cut the liver into slices.
Heat oil in a wok, add sliced liver and fry till its color is changed.
Then add salt, turmeric, crushed red pepper and dry mango powder.
Fry for a few minutes.
Now add stuffed green chilies and simmer on low flame.
Dish it out and serve hot.
