Recipe for Hara Qeema Curry
Ingredients
- Beef mince ½ kg
- Onion 2
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 2 – 3
- Spinach ½ kg
- Mint leaves ¼ bunch
- Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Cardamom 2
- Cinnamon 1 stick
- Cloves 4
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 4 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Heat oil in a wok, add in ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mince, fry well till water dries.
Now add cinnamon stick, 2 cardamoms, 4 cloves, 1 tsp allspice powder, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, salt to taste, ½ kg spinach and 250 gm yogurt.
Cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
Add ¼ bunch of coriander leaves and ¼ bunch of mint leaves.
Fry well on high flame.
Lastly add 2 chopped onion and mix well.
Cook for a few minutes, dish it out and serve naan.
