• Chicken breast ½ kg
• Red capsicum 1
• Green capsicum 1
• Onion 1
• Potatoes 2
• Orange juice 1 cup
• Rosemary 1 tsp
• Oregano 1 tsp
• Crushed fennel seeds 1 tsp
• Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
• Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
• Garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Corn flour 2 tbsp
• Oil 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Cut ½ kg chicken into strips, heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 chopped onion, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sliced chicken.

Fry well till its color is changed.

Now add 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tsp rosemary, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp crushed fennel seeds, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and salt to taste. Mix well for 1 – 2 minutes.

Then add sliced green and red capsicum with sliced potatoes. Cook for another 2 – 3 minutes.

Thicken sauce with 2 tbsp corn flour paste, now remove mixture in a serving platter.

Serve with boiled or fried rice.
