• Chicken boneless ½ kg
• Garlic 4 – 5 cloves
• Green olives ½ cup
• Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
• Fresh red chilies 3 – 4
• Red grapes nectar 1 cup
• Dried plum 50 gm
• Bay leaf 1
• Brown sugar 1 tbsp
• Oregano 1 tbsp
• Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
• Roasted flour 2 tbsp
• Oil 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Cut ½ kg boneless chicken into slices, heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add in 4 – 5 cloves of chopped garlic and saute till golden brown.

Now add in sliced chicken, fry well till its color is changed.

Now add 1 tbsp oregano, 3 – 4 fresh red chilies, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste, 1 bay leaf, 1 tbsp brown sugar and 1 cup red grapes nectar.

Cook till it comes to a boil. Add in ½ cup chopped olives, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves and 50 gm dries plums.

Lastly thicken with 2 tbsp roasted flour. Mix well.

Dish it out and serve hot.
