Recipe for Karahi Chargha
Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp all spice powder
- 6-7 dried red chillies
- 1medium Garlic
- 1-1/2 ginger
- 7-8 green chillies (become red)
- fresh coriander
- ¾ cup yoghurt
- 1 medium chicken
Cooking Directions
Blind garlic in small quantity yoghurt put chicken in a boil and add blendid garlic, remaining yoghurt, salt, all spices powder, red chilli powder,coriander powder, turmeric powder and cumin seeds and mix it well.
Now crush the ginger. Now heat the karrhi or pan and add small quantity of oil.
Then fry dried red chillies is it. When chicken becomes red and brown and ready then serve it fresh coriander, shredded. Ginger and green chillies and cook it on a very low heat.
