Recipe for Zafrani Malai Murgh
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken(without skin)
- 1 tsp zeera powder(roasted)
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 3-4 tbsp milk
- 1 pinch saffron(zafran)
- 5 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1-2 lemons
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
Cooking Directions
Wash chicken then mark some cuts on it.
Mix all the ingredients (except milk and saffron)make a paste of them after that put that paste in chicken and marinate it for atleast 1/2 hr take a large pan.
Put chicken in it.
Cover it.
Then cook it till then chicken tenders n its water dries.
When chicken is cooked then take it out n in the last deep fry the chicken or just bake it for sometime to get the brown colour like chargha.
Last but not the least mix saffron n milk
Sprinkle it on the hot chicken
Cut tomato n onion in ring shape for garnishing of chicken serve it with chill raita.
