Recipe for Greek Omelette
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- ½ cup Spinach (Palak) (chopped, washed and drained)
- 1/3 cup of Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 2 tbsp of Bacon Bits (optional)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (Til)
- A pinch of Garlic Powder (Lehsan Powder)
- A pinch of Black Peppers (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (freshly ground)
Cooking Directions
Scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl.
Add all ingredients and combine.
Pour mixture into a well-greased pan.
Cover and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes (or until the eggs are well cooked).
Fold in half and serve.
