Recipe for Peach Crumble Cake
Ingredients
- Eggs 4
- Castor sugar 100 g
- Fine flour 100 g
- Baking powder 1 tbsp
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tbsp
- Almond honey crunch 1 or 2
- Fresh cream 1/2 kg
- Icing sugar 4 tbsp
- Sliced Peaches (as needed)
- Cherries 8-10
Cooking Directions
In a bowl beat 4 eggs with 100g of castor sugar.
Then, add half tbsp of vanilla essence, 100g of fine flour, and 1 tbsp of baking powder, mix it well.
Add the above prepared mixture in a 2 grade sandwich tin of 8 inches.
Bake it well in the preheated oven (at 190 degrees).
After 15 minutes check if it’s properly cooked, take it out and let it cool down.
To prepare icing:
Beat 1/2 kg of fresh cream and add 4 tsp of icing sugar in it.
When the cake is cooled enough spread the peach syrup on the cake.
Put the icing on the cake and spread it evenly, put peach slices and then place another cake on top of it.
Again cover it with the icing from all sides and decorate it with peach slices and cherries.
Cool down before serving.
