• Crushed ice as required
• White vanilla ice cream 1/2 liter
• Shredded White cooking chocolate 1/2 cup
• Milk 1 cup

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.

When ready, pour in beautiful glasses and serve chilled.

The consistency of smoothie must be thick fleshy.

Serve with a spoon and garnish with chocolate syrup and grated white chocolate.

A great compliment of orange chiffon cake.
