• Boiled rice 1 cup
• Mushroom half tin
• Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
• White pepper ½ tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Sugar ½ tsp
• Soya sauce 1tsp
• Oil 4 tbsp

Heat oil in the pan and put 1 tbsp of garlic and saute.

When it turns to golden brown then put half tin mushrooms.

Then add 1 cup boiled rice, salt, ½ tbsp white pepper, ½ tsp sugar and 1tsp soya sauce, mix and toss it on high flame.

Delicious Garlic rice with mushroom is ready to serve.
