Recipe for Ladoo Of Kashmiri Khajoor
Ingredients
- Dates ½ kg
- Chopped almonds 15
- Chopped pistachio 15
- Semolina 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Crushed cardamom 4
- White sesame seeds 3 tbsp
- Coconut powder 1 packet
- Oil 1 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Deseed the dates.
Take 1 tbsp oil in the pan and saute crushed cardamom.
Saute and roast 15 chopped almonds and 15 chopped pistachio and cook it.
Remove it from the stove and add it in the dates.
When the semolina cools, add in 1 cup sugar.
Add in 1 packet coconut powder, 3 tbsp white sesame seeds.
Grease your hands and make small balls out of it.
