Recipe for Makai Gosht
Ingredients
- Mutton ½ kg boiled
- Onion 2 chopped
- Oil ½ cup
- Black pepper corns 1 tsp
- Dried red chilies 6
- Coriander leaves 3tbsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Coconut milk ½ cup
- Curry leaves 15
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Sweet corn 1 cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Heat quarter cup oil, fry add one chopped onion with red chili whole, black pepper, and remove.
Grind this mixture with coconut milk and turmeric.
In another pan add remaining quarter cup oil fry ginger garlic, curry leaves, and boil mutton.
Fry well add grinded mixture, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Heat 2 tbsp oil fry mustard seeds, one chopped onion until brown.
Add to the curry with sweet corn, mix and serve.
