Recipe for Mango Jelly Cream

Ingredients

  • Sweet Candy Biscuits ½ packet
  • Butter 2oz
  • Gelatin 1 tsp
  • Water 4 tsp
  • Condensed Milk ¼ tin
  • Mango Pulp ½ cup
  • Mango Pieces ½ cup
  • Cream 100 grams
  • Egg White 1
  • Mango Jelly 1 packet

Cooking Directions

Crush the biscuits and mix the crumbs with butter, line it on a punch up pan.

Heat cream, add warm gelatin with condensed milk, mango pieces, pulp and egg white.

Pour this mixture on the biscuit base. Place it in the freezer, when the mixture is set, dissolve mango jelly and pour it on top.
