Recipe for Paneer Tikka
Ingredients
- Paneer [Cottage cheese] cubes 20
- Chat masala 1 tablespoon
- Zeera 1 Teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 Teaspoon or Salt to taste
- Kala namak 1/2 Teaspoon
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Dahi or yoghurt 2 cups light
- Ajwain 1/2 Teaspoon
- Canola Oil 1 tablespoon/Olive Oil
- Ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoons
- Coriander and Onions to garnish.
Cooking Directions
Take a bowl and add whipped dahi, all spices,ginger garlic paste and paneer [cottage cheese] cubes.
Add lemon juice and let stand for the night in fridge.
Next day grill on coals, oven grill at 180 degrees C for 7 minutes tossing halfway.
Garnish with onions and coriander.
Serve with tandoor roti.
