Recipe for Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

  • Paneer [Cottage cheese] cubes 20
  • Chat masala 1 tablespoon
  • Zeera 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt 1/2 Teaspoon or Salt to taste
  • Kala namak 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Dahi or yoghurt 2 cups light
  • Ajwain 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Canola Oil 1 tablespoon/Olive Oil
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoons
  • Coriander and Onions to garnish.

Cooking Directions

Take a bowl and add whipped dahi, all spices,ginger garlic paste and paneer [cottage cheese] cubes.

Add lemon juice and let stand for the night in fridge.

Next day grill on coals, oven grill at 180 degrees C for 7 minutes tossing halfway.

Garnish with onions and coriander.

Serve with tandoor roti.
