Recipe for Tomato Bhujia
Ingredients
- Tomatoes ½ kg
- Chopped onion 1 cup
- Salt ¾ tsp
- Black seed (Kalonji) ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp (heaped)
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Garlic 1 tsp
Cooking Directions
Heat oil and fry onion light golden.
Add black seed (kalonji) with all the seasoning and chopped tomatoes.
Cover and cook till water dries, lastly add coriander leaves and remove.
