• Beef/mutton 1kg
• Tomato ketchup ½ cup
• Vinegar ¼ cup
• Salt 1 tsp
• Crushed red chili 1 tsp
• Honey 2 tbsp
• Ginger powder ¼ tsp
• Garlic1tsp
• Soya sauce1 tbsp
• Oil 2 tbsp
• For boiling ribs:
• Bay leaf 1
• Cinnamon 2-3
• Cloves 2-3
• Tara garam masasla ½ tsp

Boil 1 kg mutton/beef in 1 bay leaf, 1 cinnamon,1/2 tsp of tara garam masala and 2-3 cloves to make meat tender.

Now mix ½ tomato ketchup,1/4 vinegar,1tsp of crushed red chili ,2 tbsp of honey,1/4 tsp ginger powder,1tsp of garlic powder ,1tbsp of soya sauce and 2 tbsp of oil in a bowl.

Then dip the ribs in prepared mixture and allow grilling.

Delicious spicy bbq short ribs is ready to serve.
