Recipe for Prawn Karahi
Ingredients
- Prawns 20
- Fresh coriander 1 bunch
- Green chilies 4
- Lemons 3
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 6
- Black peppercorns 1 tsp
- Garam masla powder 1 tsp
- Ginger/ garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Ginger (finally cut) 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 cup
Cooking Directions
Cook tomatoes, ginger/ garlic, garam masla, red chillies and yoghurt in a wok till water dries.
Then put small drop oil in a frying pan, fry prawns lightly and add in the wok.
Then roast lightly on an iron griddle coriander, cumin and black pepper; grind and put in the wok.
Fry prawns while gradually adding oil in the wok.
then add lemon juice, ginger green chills and coriander; dish out add little bit salt.
