Recipe for McDonald’s Hash Brown Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes ( skin peeled and finely grated)
- 1/4 onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp of milk
- 2 tbsp of corn flour
- 1 tbsp of salt
- pepper powder to taste
- 3 tbsp of butter
Cooking Directions
Mix all ingredients (except butter) together in a large bowl.
Heat butter under low heat in a non-stick pan. Careful not to burn the butter.
When butter melted, scoop a spoonful of the potato mixture to the pan.
Using spatula, press the mixture firmly to the pan. Don’t stir!
Fry until bottom is golden brown.
Use a flat spatula to turn and brown the other side.
Place hash brown on kitchen towel to remove excessive oil.
Ready to serve.
