Recipe for Spanish Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 tbsps oil
- 3 tbsps tomato puree
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ kilo potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Juice of a lemon
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Cooking Directions
Mix oil, tomato puree, paprika, crushed garlic, salt and pepper, coat potatoes with this.
Put in a roasting tin, roast them for 40 minutes at 180 degrees C. Turn halfway through.
Before serving, sprinkle lemon juice and parsley.
