Recipe for Mexican Roll
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Cup mayonnaise
- 6 green onions, finely chopped
- 4½ oz. can black olives, finely chopped
- ½ red pepper, finely chopped
- Salt
- Tabasco
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- Salsa–for dipping
Cooking Directions
Using a mixer, combine cream cheese and mayo.
Add onions, olives and red pepper.
Blend together and add Tabasco and salt to taste.
Spread a thin layer of the mixture on each tortilla and roll up.
Chill for at least one hour.
Slice into diagonal 1? portions and serve with salsa for dipping.
