Recipe for Minced Meat Samosa
Ingredients
- For Filling:
- 1/2 kilogram minced meat, beef
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon red chili, crushed
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup coriander and mint leaves, finely chopped
- 2 onions, finely cut
- 5 green chilies, cut into pieces
- For Dough:
- 2 cup plain flour
- 6 tablespoon clarified butter
- Salt 1 pinch
- Water to knead
Cooking Directions
For Filling:
Boil minced beef by adding salt, crushed red chili, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste.
When it gets boiled and water gets completely dry.
Then add onion, green chilies, coriander and mint leaves and mix it and again dry the water.
For Dough:
Add clarified butter, flour and salt in a bowl.
Then gradually add water and knead to make dough.
Knead well and then make "D" shape samosa patti.
Now make samosas and spread filling.
Minced meat samosas are ready for serving.
