Recipe for Meat patties
Ingredients
- 125g —- minced meat
- 5—-large potatoes (boiled & peeled)
- 2—-tsp butter
- 1—-egg (separated)
- 1—-clove (lahsan), finely chopped
- 1—-onion (chopped)
- 1—-stalk celery (chopped)
- Half tsp grated Jaiphal
- Cooking oil for deep frying
- Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking Directions
Mash potatoes: add meat, garlic, butter & residual ingredients except oil & egg white.
Add Pepper & salt to taste.
Make small balls of this mixture.
Heat oil on medium flame.
Dip patties in egg white & deep fry.
When cooked to golden brown, remove & drain well on paper towel.
Serve hot with boiled white rice or enjoy as snacks with chutney.
