Recipe for Pakistani Chapatti
Ingredients
- 1 lb of whole-grain flour
- 1 lb of bakery flour
- 1 tbsp. of yeast
- A pinch of salt
- Necessary amount of water
Cooking Directions
Mix both flours with the salt and yeast; add water gradually until dough is formed. Knead for 15 minutes. Place it in the fridge.
Make pizza bases with a rolling pin and cook them in a pan for 3 minutes. If you store the dough in a bag it will last longer.
