• Cooking Oil three table spoons
• One egg
• One tomato
• One onion medium
• Quarter shimla mirch
• Chat masala one Tea spoon
• Salt as per test
• Green Dhaniya as per test

First of all cut tomato, onion and shimla mirch in to little pieces and then put them in frying pan all together with cooking oil and salt.

Cook all stuff while keep smashing all tomato and onion pieces.

After when the tomato and onions are smashed well and have formed a paste like stuff then put the egg along with chat masala, mix all stuff well and cook until egg is completely fired.

In parallel cut Green Dhaniya in to little pieces.

When done cooking, take out the cooked stuff it to plate and mix it with Green Dhaniya.

The dish is ready to serve.
