Recipe for Western Hash Brown Omelet
Ingredients
- Large Size Eggs 8
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp
- Bell Peppers Thinly Slices 2, (red or green)
- Sliced Ham or Minced Meat 150 gm
- Chopped Onion 1
- Kocher Salt as per taste
- Pepper as per taste
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Frozen Hash Browns 3 cups
- Smoked Cheese (Gouda) 150 gm
- Chopped Scallions 1 bunch
Cooking Directions
First, break the eggs in a bowl, one by one. Beat them well in the bowl with the help of a beater.
The eggs should be beaten until they become foamy enough.
After that pour the oil in a pan and then heat the oil until warm enough.
Later on, put the chopped onion, pepper, bell peppers and salt in the eggs and mix them well.
Put the mixed vegetables into on and stir them well.
When the color of the vegetables start to change then stir them for a little time

Put the frozen hash browns in the pan and mix well in the melted butter.
