Recipe for Special Shami Kabab

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilogram beef
  • 100 gram split Bengal gram (chanay ki daal)
  • 100 gram potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon all spices powder
  • 15 green chilies paste
  • 2 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup mint and coriander leaves, finely cut
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon black pepper powder

Cooking Directions

First of all boil meat and split Bengal gram by adding ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, green chilies, 1/2 tablespoon all spices powder. On the other hand boil potatoes.

When meat and Bengal gram (chana daal) get boiled add salt in it. And check are the potatoes boiled.

Now grind the meat and split Bengal gram. Mash potatoes as well.

Now mix grinded mixture and mashed potatoes together, add remaining all spices powder (garam masala powder), black pepper, mint and coriander leaves.

Add Chinese salt in little quantity if you are used to of it otherwise don’t use it.

Now mix this whole mixture properly.

Now make kebabs from this mixture.

Now take eggs, corn flour, a pinch of salt and black pepper in it and beat them.

Now first cover your kebab with bread crumb and then dip it in egg and fry them till it gets light brown. Shallow fry the kebabs.

In this way you can make a very different, delicious and crispy kebabs which are easy to prepare and delicious to eat.
