Recipe for Lajawab Bhindi
Ingredients
- Bhindi ½ kg remove top and tail
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Khatai powder ¼ tsp
- Crushed coriander1 tsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 2 blended
- Oil ¼ cup
Cooking Directions
Fry bhindis for 5 minutes keep aside, heat oil add cumin seeds with blended tomatoes, all the seasonings fry till oil comes top, add yogurt and fried bhnidi, cover and leave it on dum for 5 minutes, serve with puri.
