• Sugar According to Tast
• Cream 600 ml
• Almond Flaked & Toasted
• Strawberry As Required
• Mango Puree 3 Small Cubes
• Plain Cake As Required
• Mango Pulp 3

Line a dish with a layer of crumbled plain cake. In a separate bowl add the mango pulp, cream and sugar to taste mix with a hand blender till you have a smooth consistency (if you feel the colour is too pale you can add a few drops of yellow colour).

Fold in the mango pieces and pour mixture over the cake.
Decorate with toasted flaked almonds and halved strawberries.
