• Grated coconut 180 grams
• Butter 20 grams
• Sugar powder 50 grams
• Egg white 2
• Corn flour/custard powder 2 tbsp

Pre heat oven at 170 degrees

Beat 20 grams of butter and 2 egg white in a bowl.

Now add 180 gram of grated coconut and 2 tbsp of corn flour, allow mixing to make soft dough.

Then make small balls of dough and place them on grease tray of oven to bake for 12-15 min.

When balls turn to golden brown then dish out on serving dish.
