• For the Dressing:
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons white vinegar
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon orange juice
• 1/8 teaspoon paprika
• pinch of black pepper
• For the Salad:
• 2 bags of your choice of lettuce (I used a spring mix of baby lettuce, baby greens, endive, and radicchio)
• 1 pint of fresh strawberries, sliced
• 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
• 1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds
• 1/2 cup almonds, chopped

Dressing: Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, orange juice, paprika, black pepper and serve immediately.

Directions for Salad: In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, strawberries, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and almonds.

Top with the dressing. Store the salad and dressing in separate air tight containers in the refrigerator.
