Recipe for Vegetarian Burger
Ingredients
- Vegetarian pattis from trader joe
- green chutney
- Cucumber- slices
- Tomatoes- finely sliced
- Lettuce or cabbage
- Onion rings
- Oil to toast
- Burger buns
- butter for application
Cooking Directions
Cook the cutlet of trader joes by microwaving it for 1 minute.
Take one pair of burger buns and apply butter on both sides. Then apply my green chutney as well on both sides.
Start placing lettuce on both sides and similarly, 1 tomatoe, 1 onion, 1-2 cucumber slices and then the trader joes cutlets.
Then close the other end of burger. Place a flat pan on stove and let the temperature rise.
Then apply the cooking spray or 2 tbsp of oil on the pan and then place the burger on it. Cook well from both sides and then its ready to be served
You can serve it with ketchup or green chutney, goes well as dinner item, lunch or snack as well.
Since the cutlets we use here are ready made, it takes less than 10 min to cook over all.
