Recipe for CHILLI PANEER
Ingredients
- 150 gms diced paneer
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 3 tbsp maida
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- For gravy
- 2-3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 slit green chilies
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 diced capsicum
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp red chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper powder
Cooking Directions
Prepare thick slurry using flours, salt, pepper & water.
Dip the panner into the slurry & deep fry until golden brown.
Transfer in a plate & keep aside. Heat the oil in a pan & saute ginger-garlic paste for a min.
Add chilies & saute for 20 seconds. Saute onions & capsisums on a high flame for a min.Add all sauces, pepper, salt & mix properly.
Add fried paneer & mix properly. Cook for a minute, garnish with spring onions.Serve hot.
