• Dates 250 gm
• Dessicated coconut 2 tbsp
• Sesame seeds toasted 2 tbsp
• Sooper biscuits 150 gm

Remove all seeds from the dates as well as the skin.

Mash up the dates nice and well to make an even paste.
Spread date paste over a biscuit.

Sandwich with another biscuit and toss it in coconut.
Dust off any excess coconut .

Repeat the same process and toss some of the cookies in sesame seeds. Allow cookies to set and serve.
