• Egg whites 4
• Flour 2 tbsps
• Cocoa powder 115 gms
• Coffee powder 1 tsp
• Chocolate chips 75 gms
• Walnuts 1 cup finely chopped
• Water 1 tbsp
• Icing sugar 300 gms

Grease parchment/butter paper and place it in baking tray.
Beat egg whites till light and fluffy.
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Sift flour, cocoa, coffee and icing sugar into the egg whites along with the water.
Beat the mixture on low speed and then on high speed until thickens.
Fold in chopped walnuts and chocolate chips in the mixture.
Place spoonfuls of mixture on the baking sheet.
Bake it for 12 to 15 minutes until firm and cracked on top but soft inside.
Remove from tray onto wire rack to cool completely.
Store in airtight jar.
