Recipe for Mirchi Ka Raitha
Ingredients
- Yogurt 2 cups
- Sesame seeds 1 tspn roasted
- Small onions 1/2 cup chopped
- Red chillies 4 nos
- Honey 1/2 cup
- Salt use as required
Cooking Directions
Beat the yogurt in a blender with the salt. Remove and transfer to a bowl.
Grind the red chillies , small onions and the honey to a smooth paste in a blender.
Remove and mix with the sesame seeds. Pour into the bowl containing the yogurt in the form of straight lines.
